01Getting around this website

The site is a set of ordinary HTML pages. That is a design decision rather than a limitation, and it is what makes most of the following true without any special effort.

• Every page works with the keyboard alone. Focus is visible at all times, as an outline in the accent colour rather than a faint glow.
• The first item on every page is a link that jumps past the navigation to the content.
• Headings step down one level at a time, so a screen reader outline matches the visual one.
• Every image carries alternative text that describes what is in the frame, not a keyword.
• Forms use real labels tied to real fields. Errors appear next to the field they belong to and say what to do.
• Nothing moves, flashes, autoplays or takes over the page. There is no carousel and no modal that traps you.
• Body text sits at 17 pixels with a line height of 1.61 and can be enlarged to 200 per cent without anything overlapping.
• Text and background were checked against the contrast requirements of WCAG 2.2 at level AA. The body text on the page background clears it comfortably.
• If you have asked your system for reduced motion, the small reveal animations do not run at all.
• The site is dark by design. It declares itself as dark to the browser so form controls are drawn to match rather than appearing as pale rectangles.

02What is still awkward, honestly

• The pricing tables scroll sideways on a narrow phone. A table of four columns of numbers has no better answer, and the same figures are described in sentences above and below each one.
• The date and time fields on the availability check use the browser's own controls, which vary a lot between phones and are not equally good everywhere. You can type into them instead of using the picker.
• The navigation is long, because the site has 24 pages worth reaching. On a phone it collapses to a button, and the skip link exists precisely because tabbing past nine items is tedious.

If you find something else, we want to hear about it rather than have you work around it.

03Getting into a vehicle

This is the part that matters more than the website. Put it in the notes field of the booking form as early as you can.

• A folding wheelchair travels in the boot of an executive SUV or on the floor of a sprinter van without difficulty. Say so when you book and the right class is quoted.
• A powered wheelchair needs a vehicle with a ramp. That is a specific booking with a longer lead time, and we will give you a straight answer about your date rather than an optimistic one.
• A service animal travels with you. There is nothing to arrange and nothing to pay.
• Help with luggage is normal on every booking. If you need the driver to do the lifting rather than help with it, say so and we will pass it on.
• Meet at terminal is often the right choice when walking any distance is hard, because the driver comes to you inside arrivals rather than the other way round. It costs more and it is described on the pricing page.
• Extra time costs nothing to ask for. If boarding takes twenty minutes, we build twenty minutes into the pickup time.

Tell us the page and what happened, or just describe what you were trying to do. We answer inside two working days. If the fix is small it usually ships the same week, and if it is not, we will say what it involves and when to expect it rather than going quiet.

05The standard we are working to

WCAG 2.2 level AA. We believe the site meets it, and we are aware that believing is not the same as an independent audit. Nothing on this page claims a certification we do not hold.
