Starting prices, and every single thing that can sit on top of them
The table is a floor. The list underneath it is the honest part, because it is where the difference between a quoted number and a final number actually lives.

Those are one way starting prices between Manhattan and each airport, for the vehicle classes described on the vehicles page. Pickups in the outer boroughs are quoted individually and are sometimes lower, because a run to LaGuardia from Astoria is not the same distance as a run from the west side of Manhattan.
01Why we publish a floor rather than a total
Because a total that ignores tolls, waiting and the hour of the day is a number designed to be wrong later, and we would rather be dull now than argue then.
Ask for a free quote and you get the whole figure before you decide, itemised, with the parts below named individually. Nothing is held until you accept it.
02What can be added, all of it

That is the complete list. There is no line below it and no charge on this site we have not named on this page.
03What the starting price already covers
- The vehicle class you booked, not a smaller one that happened to be free.
- The driver, and the driver's time from the moment they set off.
- The first 60 minutes of waiting on an arrival booked with a flight number, or 15 minutes on any other pickup.
- One item of luggage per seat, up to the class limit.
- The route the operator judges best at that hour, without a longer way round.
04How the money is settled
Not on this website. There is no card field anywhere on this site and none is planned. When you accept a quote we tell you how the operator takes payment for that particular booking, which is normally card to the operator or an invoice for account work.
We do not ask for card numbers by email either, and we will never call and ask you to read one out. If anyone claiming to be this desk does that, it is not this desk. Call +1 (646) 559-3082 and check.
05Prices move, and we do not hide it
The table on this page carries starting prices as of 5 August 2026. Fuel, tolls, road charges and the cost of an hour of a driver's time all move, and when they do the floor moves with them.
A quote you have accepted does not move. Once we send you a figure and you confirm the booking, that figure is the figure, unless you change the ride afterwards by adding a stop, changing the class, or keeping the car waiting past the free window.
06The word we are not going to use
Plenty of airport transfer sites promise a single fixed number to each airport. We do not, and the reason is on this page in black and white: bridges, tunnels, road charges, waiting time and the hour of the night all move the total, and a promise that ignores them is a promise the next page of the same website contradicts.
So the figures here are starting prices, they are described that way everywhere on this site, and the free quote you get before booking is the number that matters.
