Booking requests are answered Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Eastern Time. We are closed on Sunday and answer Sunday requests on Monday morning.
The telephone rings on a desk rather than in a queue, so at busy moments it may take a minute to answer. It takes a message outside hours and those are worked through in the order they arrived.
02Which route is fastest
- A new booking or a price. Use the booking form. It asks for the fifteen things we need, in order, and it reaches the desk as an email.
- A booking already made, today. Call +1 (646) 559-3082. On the day itself, the operator number we sent you is faster still.
- Changing or cancelling. Read the cancellation policy first so you know where you stand, then call.
- Anything else. The form below.
03What we cannot do by email
- Take a payment. There is no card field on this site and we do not accept card numbers by email or by telephone.
- Confirm a booking that has not been quoted. Availability is checked before anything is held, every time.
- Answer for an operator's own paperwork. If you need documents about the vehicle or the driver, ask us and we will ask them.
Nobody from this desk will ever call and ask you to read out a card number, and nobody will email asking you to pay through a link. If that happens, it did not come from here. Call +1 (646) 559-3082 and tell us.
04Where we are
Luxury Travel Films Reservations LLC keeps its office at 630 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10036, United States.
An older multi tenant office building on Ninth Avenue in Hell's Kitchen, full of small companies. There is no shopfront and no waiting room, and there is no need to come here: everything on this desk happens by telephone, by email and on the road.
05Accessibility
If any part of this site or this process is hard to use, the accessibility page says what we have done about it and how to tell us it is not enough. Requests about a vehicle, a ramp or a folding chair belong in the booking form notes field, and the earlier they arrive the better the answer will be.
